CITY OF FULLERTON
At Lions Field, KYA delivered a competitive CMAS solution that aligned with the City’s need for durability, warranty value, and flexible athletic use. The project included approximately 200,000 square feet of new turf and a multisport overlay, creating a more functional and versatile field for community recreation and sports programming.
CITY OF SEAL BEACH
For the City of Seal Beach, KYA helped turn a conceptual park design into a completed community space that supports recreation, accessibility, and long-term public use. The project incorporated adult exercise equipment, a children’s play structure, shade features, benches, PIP color coordination, and material specification support. KYA also provided public-facing construction signage to help keep the community informed during the improvement process.
CITY OF LOS ALAMITOS
KYA partnered with the City of Los Alamitos on a comprehensive facility modernization designed to improve functionality, accessibility, and the overall user experience. Work included new flooring, lighting, reception improvements with ADA-compliant counters, office furniture, roofing improvements, a dance floor, warming kitchen, and commercial kitchen upgrades. KYA also supported the design process through color palette guidance and material selection coordination.
