Mt. Diablo Unified School District
KYA fast-tracked the Mt. Diablo High School football field renovation using CMAS. The project involved demolishing the old field and installing advanced synthetic turf with a cooling infill and shock-absorbing padding. This modernization created a durable, safer, high-performance athletic complex, ready ahead of the season for student-athletes.
College of the Desert
KYA successfully resurfaced eight College of the Desert tennis courts during Winter Break to repair desert-induced damage. The process involved comprehensive recoating, including primer, base color, and precision line application, ensuring a quick turnaround.

The Field House at Fresno City College needed an upgrade to their surfacing and lockers to encourage enrollment in athletics.
San Pasqual High School Gym Floor surfacing
KYA sourced and installed maple flooring for the main gymnasium floor in the CUUBE™ structure. This specialized hardwood surfacing provides a durable, high-performance athletic surface, complementing other interior furnishings like the retractable bleachers and motor-operated basketball hoops within the new facility.

KYA delivered the El Capitan High School stadium, featuring synthetic turf, an all-weather track, bleachers, lighting, and two 12,000 sq. ft. locker room buildings. This modernization was completed safely while navigating DSA approvals and tight school schedules. The comprehensive project enhanced athletic programming, safety, and community use through significant facility improvements.
